The Tiara Desmond Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Tiara Desmond Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by the cast members of Darcelle XV & Company and Hot Chocolate PDX in early 2016 following her passing on December 6, 2015. Peacock Productions, Inc. has assumed administration of the Fund and will award at least one scholarship in Tiara’s name each year at Peacock in the Park. 

Tiara’s academic background included theater and the arts.  Providing a scholarship in her name to those in our community leaning in that direction would have made her very happy.
